Our policy is to protect your rights and guarantee your satisfaction with the service(s) that we provide. It is not affected by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To allow us to provide a quality service as efficiently as possible, you need to:
❖ Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
❖ While receiving any service please provide our staff with your feedback and or comments on their services so our staff can satisfy your requirements straight away.
❖ Inform the staff /salon manager immediately if you have any concerns relating to the salon, the staff, or any service.
❖ Inform the staff /salon manager immediately if you have any concerns that you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition concerning your nails.
❖ Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.
❖ Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 48 hours after your appointment. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting within 48 hours, please call us to schedule a free repair.
❖ You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 3 days after your initial service.
❖ Repairs after 3 days or for breakages, tears, and comer breaks will be charged.
❖ Traditional Polish services are not guaranteed.
❖ We will not be responsible for any infected nails.
❖ (Our tools and equipment are thoroughly disinfected and will be presented for your inspection)
REFUNDS:
❖ No cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
❖ As soon as you have walked out of the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
❖ If you are not happy with your nails, please make US aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
❖ No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind.
❖ We stand by our services and guarantee your satisfaction. Your safety is our utmost concern. Our environment is designed to bring comfort and relaxation. We thank you for the opportunity to serve you.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO:
❖ Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
❖ Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
❖ Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
❖ Diabetes Client: Please inform our technician so we can provide our service with proper care. NO CUTTING SERVICES ARE ALLOWED
❖ We hate to say it but FOR CUSTOMERS SAFETY: spa chairs have a maximum capacity of 250lbs. We ask if you don't make the cut, please do not sit in the spa chairs for your own safety. (We ask if you are over the maximum weight capacity not to sit on the spa chair). We appreciate your understanding.
❖ Rude, mean, or disrespectful people.
❖ Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 days of your original services. No refund is given after it has been rendered.
❖ Reschedule your appointment if the following conditions are present: open cuts, sores, and contagious diseases. We reserve the right to refuse service.
❖ Gift Cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. GC is to be treated as cash and is therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen.
❖ We love to do children's nails! However, unattended children in the salon are disruptive and dangerous. We use many products that are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin. If you have children under 10 who are not receiving nail services, please keep them safe or leave them at home.

❖ Please ensure you have payment with you before you arrive for services. If you are not satisfied with your nails, we will happily fix them. If you leave the salon without paying, we will contact the police and prosecute theft of service to the fullest extent of the law.
❖ Cell Phones: Please be respectful to the people around you who are trying to relax during their nail services. Set your phone to vibrate, and use a moderate speaking tone if you need to take a call. Hands-free devices are strongly encouraged so that you don't contaminate your nails with dirt and oils from your hair and face during service.
❖ Additionally, pay attention to your manicurist! Having to repeatedly wait for a hand to become disentangled from a cell phone slows down service times, and can make both you and your nail technician late for you and your nail technician late for your next engagement.
